The 3-Point Post Hole Digger with Gearbox makes landscaping easy for homeowners, farmers, landscapers, and other professionals. It’s the perfect tool for creating accurate holes quickly. Simply attach the post hole digger to your 3-point hitch for heavy duty hole digging, and get your jobs done fast. You can dig deep, too, since this equipment can drill to a depth of 40 inches.
This rugged equipment comes complete with a shielded PTO shaft with a pin protected shear. It also features a heavy duty oil-filled gearbox, a tubular steel boom and yoke, a 3-point frame, and hardware. The 3-point hitch attaches directly to your tractor; it fits category 1, 3-point hitch tractors. It can be used with a variety of different augers, all of which are sold separately. We recommend three different augers: the 6 inch, 9 inch, and 12 inch diameter. You can see these augers on the following pages:
