Flowline EchoPod® 2 in. NPT Reflective Ultrasonic Multi-Function Liquid Level Sensor Transmitter
EchoPod® UG01 & UG 03 is a non-contact liquid level sensor. The general purpose reflective ultrasonic mulit-function level transmitter provides continuous measurement up to 9.8 ft. with a 4-20 mA analog signal output and four relays, it is configured via WebCal software. The non-contact liquid level sensor feature a proprietary Reflective Technology™ that delivers reliable measurement in condensing environments. Unlike flat sensor horizontal surfaces, the EchoPod® transducer is oriented vertically so condensation runs off the transducer and does not affect it’s performance. The unimpeded transmit & receive signals are redirected to and from the liquid off an 45° reflector, delivering reliable level measurement. The relay can be configured for alarm, automatic fill and empty functions. The sensor is good for small tanks with non-foaming and mild vapor media, such as chemicals, oil, water and wastewater. Applications include: Day Tank, IBC, Drum, Cooling Tower, Skid or Machine, Process Tank, and Waste Sumps.
