The ATV broadcast spreader is designed with a sturdy 1-1/4 in. tubular steel frame and a heavy-duty plastic hopper to help you spread your fertilizer and seeds quicker. The broadcast spreader has a holding capacity of 200 lbs.
The spreader frame has two 15 inch treaded turf tires to make the tow behind spreader roll smoother. The spreader has a control housing that is adjustable to distribute the desired number of pounds of product over a 1000 ft² area.
The maximum Spreading Speed is 4 MPH; if a faster speed is desired for transporting, remove the pin on the left side of the axle, allowing the spreader to freewheel and not damaging the gear case assembly.Speeds faster than 4 MPH, with the gear case engaged, will shorten the life of the spreader.
