Rubber Fab TUF-FLEX FKM Core Unitized Gaskets

A Tuf-Flex® sanitary gasket’s contact surface is a layer of PTFE grafted to a FKM rubber inner core. This totally bonded construction provides an exceptionally pure and incredibly flexible seal. This new Tuf-Flex® with the FKM elastomeric core can handle temperatures up to 400º F and if there is a breach of the PTFE outer shell, the FKM will handle a wide range of chemicals that it comes in contact with. The FKM makes it more chemically resistant and a great choice for those chemical applications where an ordinary gasket won’t do.
